H. E. Mr. Salim Bin Habib Al-Omairi, Acting Head of the Oman Embassy in Palestine, and his Second Secretary, Mr. Khamis Al-Saadi, met with Omar Obeidallah, Director-General of the Early Childhood Resource Center (ECRC), and Nihaya Hamed, ECRC’s Program Manager, to discuss potential ways of collaboration in the development of the Palestinian early childhood sector.
